Sweepstakes begins June 10, 2026, and ends June 12, 2026. To enter, scan the QR code at the even and complete the entry form (phone plan data rates may apply), or enter free by mailing your name address, phone number, and email address to: Community State Bank Sweepstakes Entry, 802 E. Albion St., P.O. Box 79, Avila, IN 46710. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 12, 2026, and received by June 16, 2026. Limit one entry per person. One (1) winner will receive their choice of a CSB grill set or CSB pickleball set. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 13, 2026, and notified within 24 hours. If winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
