The Launch program provides eligible homebuyers with up to $20,000 in grant funds to help cover:

Who Qualifies
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a first-time homebuyer (no homeownership in the last 3 years)
- Meet income limits based on household size

- Complete a homebuyer education course
